Pick A Prize

As the sole web designer for the Gap Europe Promo team, I had the freedom to design outside the box. The marketing team and I came together frequently and shared inspo ideas and what other brands were doing to acquire customers. A lot of e-commerce brands were doing a Spin to Win/Pick a Prize promo to entice them with different offers and we decided to follow suit.

The inspo behind the design of this promo was Plinko from Price is Right. I wanted to take the header a little more literal and treat it like a game/prize, while still maintaining the elevated vibe of Gap’s voice and style. It worked because the promo resulted in a +18% beat to forecast and an increase in daily average sign-ups (8,262 on this promo vs. 5,456 on average).
