Gap VIP

Gap VIP was a 5-day cross channel event that Gap Europe ran 3x a year. The objective was to acquire new customers and drive demand with deep offers. I worked very closely with the art director, marketers, producers, developers, and copywriters to make sure the campaign looked beautiful (according to seasonal guidelines), functional and clear with all the offers.

For the brand’s Spring 2018 seasonal color palette, I decided to refresh the look with a more simple and legible lockup. Both of those updates proved to be successful. It drove £1.8M in net demand, versus £1.1M in the previous year. The beat to forecast for this campaign was also through conversion, which came out at +21%.
