A Sacred Return To Wholeness
The My Healing Language booklet is something I created with the founder to gently support any person on their healing journey—through self-awareness, daily ritual, and meaningful connection. Rooted in ancestral wisdom and reimagined for the world we live in now, this five-panel double-sided accordion foldout guide offers intuitive reflections, grounding practices, and soul-nourishing prompts centered around the 4 Elements of Self and the 11 C’s of Self-Love and Relational Wellbeing.
I designed it with a minimalist cream-and-olive green aesthetic, softened by a mix of serif and sans-serif type. My intention for this toolkit is to be a sacred, portable companion—one that helps you reconnect with your truth, move at your own pace, and embrace healing as a nonlinear deeply personal process.
